Building-permit data from 20 live jurisdictions across the United States and Canada, pulled through four open-data API families, city CSV files and a permit-portal scraper, then unified. Every record carries its provenance and a source citation.

Survey verification assistant

Reads land deeds with OCR, checks that each traverse closes, and drafts legal descriptions and CAD overlays. When a number looks wrong, it flags it for a licensed surveyor. It never silently corrects it.
